聂钰，女，汉族，甘肃武威人，中共党员。西安理工大学经济与管理学院管理科学与工程系讲师。在国内外重要中英文学术期刊上发表论文10余篇，先后参与多个纵向和横向课题，参编著作1部、教材1部。
